An Assessment of Awareness and Attitudes towards Green Practices among Women-Owned Enterprises

The aim of this study is to explore the response catering suppliers environmental sustainability initiatives. sample was collected from women-owned small businesses catering, and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method used. found that attitudes play an important role in influencing behavior suppliers' sustainable practices. finding also indicates caterers engaged environmentally friendly techniques for processing food waste. However, their varied. results can serve as a valuable guide conducting green practice action research context policy.
